How to Cook NAMU Soup Dumplings

Cook Time: 13-15 minutes

Fill a large pot with water. Add salt before bringing it to a vigorous boil.

Gently drop frozen dumplings into the boiling water for 13-15 minutes.

Use a spoon to swirl the water occasionally (that way, the dumplings don’t stick to the pot!)

Use a slotted spoon to scoop out your cooked dumplings.

If you have leftovers (which you probably won’t!),
you can fry them up for a crispy twist on the flavor profile.

How To Eat Khinkali:

Forget the fork and knife! Our soup dumplings are traditionally eaten with your hands.

Tail or No Tail?

Traditionally, the tail or the top knot is left uneaten, but hey, it’s your dumpling! You do you. We won’t judge.
