What ingredients are in your soup dumplings?

NAMU dumplings contain wheat flour (unbleached hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour), pork, water, beef, onion, cilantro, salt, green chile, and spices.

Are your soup dumplings gluten-free?

No, our Khinkali contains gluten.

There’s no soup in my soup dumplings?

Here are a few things that might cause this: 

  •  If your dumplings stick to the pot and break, the soup may leak. Salt the water and stir occasionally, especially when you first put them in. 
  • Overcooking can weaken the dough and cause your dumplings to break. We recommended a cooking time of 13-15 minutes. 
  • Letting them cool for too long can cause the juices to be absorbed back into the meat, meaning there will be no soup in your soup dumplings.

How do you ship NAMU dumplings?

Our frozen food is shipped using (recyclable) insulated packaging and dry ice to ensure it remains frozen during transit.

What are your shipping options and rates?

Shipping is $20 but free for orders over $99 and over!

When will my dumplings get here?!

Delivery times depend on your location. We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid potential melted dumplings over the weekend. Once you place your order, processing will take a few days. Then, your box will arrive in 2-3 business days, ready to be cooked and savored!

For your peace of mind, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Standard shipping is 2-3 days, although this may change depending on your location!

Due to the perishable nature of frozen food, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our team. We’re happy to help you.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or thawed?

If your order arrives damaged or partially thawed, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items to process a replacement.

Oh no, my dumplings arrived melted. What can I do?

At NAMU, we’re committed to excellence. We guarantee your dumplings will arrive frozen, or we’ll ship out a replacement. 

Please don’t eat or try to refreeze your melted dumplings! Just wait until we can send you a fresh order.

How do you keep your delicious dumplings frozen during shipping?

We use a combination of dry ice, insulated liners, and shipping partners we trust! Unlike other companies specializing in frozen deliverables, we’re proud that our packaging is recyclable!
